Dark theme for Flash Builder 4 beta
I was not quite happy with the default pale theme of Flash Builder 4 beta. In these days, the infamous Notepad++ really got my attention and I am constantly using it in various scenarios from differing the code to code reading. One of the state of art features is its pre-delivered themes: Bespin. The theme itself inherits from KDE. A dark theme does good for eye sight. After I binged around (no longer googled 
), no dice. So I managed to customize one for myself at the first convenience. Here is the outcome:
If you have the same complains with the bleached background of Flash Builder or any eclipse based IDE, you can save the time and grab the preference file here: FB4_Bespin_Color-0824.epf.

Hi. Thanks so much, was just searching for a solution to this.
Took me a little while to work out how to use your file though. You need to choose File > Import > Other > General > Preferences > Next…
The only thing I can’t seem to fix is the awkward grey highlighting that appears when I put the cursor over certain objects. (See my screenshot here: http://img64.yfrog.com/img64/1636/screenshot18jan20108291.png)

This is not a new issue. To mitigate it, you have to switch your Flex Editor font to “Consolas” manually and restart Flex Builder again. Hope the tip helps you.
I have tested it out in Flex Builder 4 beta 1. Not sure if anything changed in beta 2 or further.

Theme looks great, I cant stand the default white. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to work with Flash Builder 4 Beta 2
When I go to Import > Other > General > Preferences, and select yourfile, it dosent list anything to import.
I hate white so much i might try to copy your colours out manually!
